設(shè)計(jì)挑戰(zhàn)：在前期設(shè)計(jì)中，要考慮到產(chǎn)品的新穎性，首先得打破常規(guī)的設(shè)計(jì)模式，以不同的感官與使用設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)征服客戶(hù)。在后期，在考慮安全防燙傷兒童的同時(shí)還得考慮護(hù)罩的透光性，以及燈頭周邊的散熱性。我們?cè)谧o(hù)罩的材料選擇上做了深入研究，所采用的材料為紅外線(xiàn)刻穿透的透明PC，同時(shí)在燈頭兩側(cè)加入了散熱孔設(shè)計(jì)，減少熱量對(duì)外殼的損害。而且制作工藝也極其簡(jiǎn)單，模具注塑成型，增加了產(chǎn)品單位時(shí)間的生產(chǎn)量。
